Good communication throughout and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage after checkout, which was very helpful. The host was responsive and generally pleasant to deal with.
I did find a cockroach in the room during the night, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. While I understand these things can happen, it wasn’t ideal - it was on the wall so I assume flew in, and it was only 1.
