The location is superb! You are within walking distance to everything and right above some restaurant and drink selections. You can hear some street noise but it didn’t interfere with falling asleep or staying asleep. The setup is spacious and the furniture was comfortable. There are some nice upgrades to the place. The host checked in on us a couple of days into our stay. Parking is in the parking garage two blocks down (State Street) (which goes past a great Italian restaurant!). There is a loading/unloading spot just out front of the unit and a couple of parking spots if you are lucky to get one. The large windows in the bedroom are great for light but I would recommend bringing a sleep mask or the host installing blackout curtains. This is true for not only sunlight but heights at night.

This flat was great for my wife and I located conveniently within walking distance of restaurants, parks, and shops. The bathroom facilities were very nice and the large living room area was a plus. King size beds are always appreciated.
