    Hotel is clean, room so big and comfortable. The staff are nice and friendly. It’s value for money though we stayed there for just 12 hours.

    I stayed just the one night as I had an early morning flight out of Kunming Changshui International Airport early in the morning. Hotel is great - clean and relatively quiet. Staff are excellent - as is the Airport transfer! Strongly recommended!

    Good and value money for flight transfer. A bit improvement for hotel staff to speak English is perfect and supportive for foreigners.

    The hotel contact number provided via Agoda is invalid. Being a foreign solo 1st time traveller to China arriving very early in the morning (2am), inability to contact the hotel for airport pickup has caused much stress and anxieties. Trying to reach them via other platform BEFORE arrive also failed, like they are uncontactable at all. Need to seek airport staff for help. The airport staff had to search online for this hotel to find their contact. And the next worse part is they insist to add wechat for airport pickup. Hello! We are foreigners who do not use Wechat and don't know how. When I pointed out to the hotel front desk girl that the contact number on Agoda is invalid, she simply brushed it off saying "we don't use Agoda" without eye contact. This is unbelievable. Next, i told her to update Agoda with correct valid number to avoid issue for guests booking at Agoda. I guess she immediately knew the consequence....and so, she simply muttered a soft "thank you for letting us know" without eye contact (again) Room is comfortable enough for 1 night stay. breakfast is very simple, can skip.
