Elegant 1BR - 4P - Eiffel Tower - Trocadero

Location was amazing! This is a converted garage and is very well designed to fit 4 people. It was modern and clean. A couple of niggles but absolutely would stay again. Communication was great, especially when I contacted the hosts during our stay.

The sofa bed dipped a bit, so hurt my back a little the first night but was fine the following 3 nights. The bathroom was clean but at first didn't look clean, as the shower needed the silicone replacing (due to mouldy staining) and a good grout pen would freshen up the grout. Also, one area needed a bit of sanding and repainting as it was looking really grubby. This simple thing would absolutely change the first impression of the bathroom. One other thing was that there is an air filtration system in place (I assume it was because there are no windows to leave open) but this was pretty much taped together and not very well, so much of the air was being blown back into apartment. At first I panicked, as I didn't know what was being pumped into the apartment, so contacted the host and was reassured it was just the air filtration system. So this needs to be installed properly rather then held together with duck tape.

The accommodation was excellent, very clean, toilets clean, and well designed. Very calm and all commodities, restaurant, cafe, metro are around.

The location was excellent Felt very secure
