Posizione centralissima, comoda per il centro. Negozio di alimentari, fruttivendolo e bar pasticceria vicinissimi. Quattro camere vere. Due bagni completi finestrati.
Parcheggio a volte un po' lontano (in periodi di alta stagione). Strada trafficata. Mobilio un po' datato. Un solo set di chiavi in dotazione. Portoncino condominiale impossibile da aprire senza chiave anche dall'interno. Qualche piccola pecca nelle dotazioni e nella manutenzione.

Super Aufteilung der Wohnung für Familienferien mit mehreren Generationen. Gute Ausstattung. Aufzug. Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt. Günstige Parkplätze in Gehdistanz.
Sie ist als barrierefrei deklariert, was so nicht korrekt ist. Die Toiletten und Duschen sind mit einem Rollstuhl nicht erreichbar, man muss zwingend aufstehen und einige Schritte gehen können! Die „Kaffeemaschine“ (Biagletti) ist sehr klein für eine Wohnung für bis zu 12 Leute 😉.
