    One night stay is good for the price/value grade. Noice is what needs to be approved though.

    The room rate is low as compared to its peers in surrounding areas. But the room is quite small where there is no staff available in certain times.

    We booked a 2 bedroom no balcony (2 queens, 1 sofa beds) for 6 person at ground floor. The staff brought us to a 2 bedroom with balcony - 1 queen, 1 single & 1 sofa bed. I have highlighted to him while we climb up the stairs, but he keeping said is correct. We moved all our luggage’s to 1st floor. Then I checked with the staff again once we saw the unit is not what we book, he run back to the Recep & clarify with the boss. We moved 5 big luggages from 1st floor to ground floor again. 1) the floor is very dirty, if you bare foot in the room, our foots turn black. 2) no hot water supply, we can’t shower as cold weather. 3) the sofa seats has stains 4) sound proof no good very - you can hear motorbike, people walking. People talking 5) the kettle pot with white egg yolk Parking is available 100m away. Only good think , walkable is to old town.
