Harbour Horizons - Balcony BBQs and Calm Water Views

The house was amazing and the value for money was amazing. The bedrooms were all very large with bathrooms, showers, baths and toilets everywhere. I think there were three full bathrooms and and extra toilet. I think there were four toilets for four bedrooms. Numerous walk in wardrobes, amazing air conditioning and the view of the water was spectacular. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the accommodation and value for money. The location was also just around the corner from the beach and a children's playground,

We thought the people managing the property were very professional and we enjoyed their communication. That said, we feel in this day and age we should know upfront if our deposit will be paid to an off shore third party not directly related to booking.com. If we knew this upfront, we probably would have been much more comfortable with the arrangement. However, the organisation managing the property were very professional and came across as trust worthy. It is a great property so I can understand why they would want a deposit, but more transparency upfront would have been nice.

The view from the house out to the bay was lovely. We could even watch The Spirit heading to Tasmania. The house was exactly as described. We appreciated the two car lock up garage and the lift access to the upstairs area for one of our guests. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery for a large group. The cupboards were full of appliances but as we did not cook I can't really say what was there. Suffice to say much better than most houses! There is a lovely cliff top walk close by and of course the beach. Clifton Springs is close to lots of tourist spots. We loved our trip on the Q train .

The booking in process which involves providing credit card details (for possible damages) and ID for each guest online. I would prefer to do these things in person.

The cot was not assembled correctly, it broke when my grandson used it. The host tried to take it out of the extra $800 hold over, thankfully we had photographs and the moneys was not held. Disappointing.
