The house comes equipped with a washing machine/dryer, oil baseboard hot water heat, propane stove in LR, 1 Gig WiFi, and 2 garage spaces: 1 garage space under with adequat3e space for equipment drying and assembly. An additional garage space in a separate building can be arranged if desired.
Vaulted ceiling living room with propane stove to create a cozy atmosphere on those chilly evenings or mornings. Plymouth State Park, at north end of lake offers swimming, picnicking, boating, etc. is just a short distance. The lake and 60 acres in back ample space for snowshoeing or cross country skiing. Ludlow and Okemo Mt. with activity area is just 5 miles south, and it is a short 20 miles to Woodstock and Weston for shopping and more recreation adventures. Plymouth Cheese factory, Long Trail Brewery, Buttermilk Falls, shopping in Woodstock and Weston, and more attractions close by.
