Set on a quiet one-way street just one block from the subway. The studio has two small windows with limited light, making it a cozy, calm place to unwind. Fully remodeled in May/June 2025 with all new furnishings, mattress, wardrobe and desk for a comfortable stay.

The unit includes a cozy living area with two armchairs, a dedicated workspace for remote work, mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and basic plateware/silverware. While there's no full kitchen, you'll have everything you need for light meals and comfortable downtime. And the neighborhood has amazing food options for all budgets !
