The apartment was exactly as described & spotless.The shower was amazing with plenty of hot water.I had a little bit difficulty using the key pad at first, my fault.Louis answered my call immediately & there were no further problems.The only issue is with parking in the neighborhood. It's very crowded.The first night I found a spot 2 blocks away.The 2nd night ( Sat) I ended up parking in a parking garage a 1/4 mile away & ended up paying 13 for the parking.That was the only negative about this otherwise stellar rental
