We try to stick to our 4 PM check-in time. We recommend using a luggage drop-off service, such as Bounce Luggage Storage in The Gulch or Nashville Luggage Drop.
How many cars can we park?
You can park up to 2 cars max. The parking lot is attached to the building, and we do not charge for parking.
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below.
2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.
3. Check-in starts at 4PM. Checkout is at 10AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. It is $25 per hour earlier/later. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
4. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed.. Smoking violations are subject to a $1000.00 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.
8. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy and unauthorized bringing of pets will result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
9. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
11. We require all guests who book with us to complete a quick verification process through our guest portal. This helps us ensure a smooth check-in experience, maintain the safety and security of our properties, and provide the best possible service to all our guests.

Loved the tall ceilings the space feels very large, I couldn’t get the arcade to work, and shower products were just on the shower floor but the host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was in a good location and was spotless! Overall, we had a few concerns:1.) The condo is advertised as an arcade, but the game cabinet didn't work. When I first reached out about it not working, we received the following message: "We’re so glad to hear you’re enjoying the condo! To get the arcade cabinet working, simply [provide instructions for the arcade cabinet here]. Let us know if you have any issues or need further assistance!"No instructions were provided, and after expressing the arcade cabinet didn't work and trying to get instructions, we received the following: "Im sorry to hear that the Buck Hunter arcade game is not working during your stay. Ill make sure to have our maintenance team look into the issue right away."Regrettably, the game was out of order our entire stay, which our group was really looking forward to. Please note that there is a working foosball table. 2.) Parking is a bit difficult as the lot is small.3.) While the listing says it “sleeps 4,” there was only one fitted sheet and the bedding on the bed. We didn’t bring extra blankets, assuming more bedding would be provided, so we had to sleep with just a sheet. The host explained this was an oversight and that extra bedding is usually available, so hopefully, this won’t be an issue for future guests. Overall, we appreciate the fun, artistic space that Kiana has created, and feel that with some extra bedding and a working arcade cabinet, it will go from good to great!
