Vacation home for 6 guests with 140m² in Kristinehamn (267914)

From our vacation home in Kristinehamn (Värmland), you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the plain in front of the house from the living room and the terrace with a hot tub (open from April through October). In the adjacent meadow, depending on the season, you can spot deer, hares, and—with a little luck—even moose.

This typical Swedish house features an open-concept living/dining area with an adjoining kitchen. The furnishings are modern (induction stove, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and much more) and cozy. A large window wall offers a view of the adjacent meadow, and the sofa invites you to relax and watch TV. The dining area has direct access to the patio, where there is also a hot tub (available from May through October—weather permitting).

The kitchen is fully equipped. We always keep a small supply of coffee, tea, spices, and cleaning supplies on hand for our guests. We’d appreciate it if you’d restock these items as you use them.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles), a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a small office with a computer monitor. On the first floor, there is a large dining/living area, a sunroom, a kitchen, a bedroom (1 double bed), and a modern bathroom—as well as an utility room with a washer-dryer and other household supplies. There is also a second entrance here, which is convenient to use in winter or during wet weather. The utility room includes a small wood storage area for the fireplace.

The house has electric central heating, heated towel racks in the bathrooms, and a fireplace in the living room, which—thanks to a smart ventilation system—can also be used to heat the other rooms. The house is well-insulated and therefore livable year-round.
