Everything at the house was fantastic! We had family cornhole tournaments every night and truly had together fun! Kitchen was great. Rooms were great. Efrain is great.

This house was a great fit for the 4 of us. It's located in a quiet, older neighborhood. When arriving we had no issues getting in and found the house clean and inviting. There were even some snacks, a bottle of wine and a few beers in the fridge waiting for us! The host added a few extra amenities (qtips, flossers, toothpaste) in the bathrooms that we thought were a nice touch as well.We had family and friends over for dinner a couple of times and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the back yard with the bar, tv, fire pit and games. The host was very responsive to the few questions that we had.All in all this is a great place to stay and we would book it again if we're ever back in the area.

Efrain was great with communication. The house itself is nice, but the neighbor is a bit rough. Not having a dishwasher was a negative and not something I have ever needed to review/confirm as a VRBO amenity.
