Fresh, clean and cozy, Casa Bella D is a modern, newly updated studio apartment located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and 7 miles of sugar sand beach. This popular ground floor unit features a new Queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a morning kitchen, a full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The décor is contemporary beach casual and is perfect for 2 people. The morning kitchen features granite countertop, a bar fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and a portable induction cooktop with cookware. A Smart TV with upgraded StarLink internet/Wi-Fi is included. A propane BBQ grill is provided for your use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the shared outdoor grilling area. "Free" unassigned parking, complimentary use of laundry facilities including detergent is available for our guests. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are also provided.
For access, you will be assigned a 4-digit access code for the digital locks prior to arrival.
Casa Bella is located mid-island on the corner of Avenida Pescadora and Estero Boulevard directly across the street from the beach. Public beach access is a 3-minute walk south on Dakota Ave or community access is diagonally (south) across Estero Blvd. The popular Island Trolly services the length of the island if you prefer not to drive. The Trolley schedule is available online.
Other things to note:
A Publix grocery store is approximately 1/4 mile away. Junkanoo’s and the Fresh Catch restaurants for casual and fine dining are located on the bay behind Publix.
To get you started we provide 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, as well as a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, a roll of hand towels, a bottle of liquid dish detergent, and scouring pads.
For your safety we recommend footwear be worn at all times while on our property and protective beach shoes are recommended while on the beach and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.

My husband and I stayed at Casa Bella D and had an amazing time! The room was clean, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The location is just a short walk to the beach and contact with the property manager was quick and easy. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Beautiful place. Just like pictures!. Great beach across the street. Condo had cooler, beach towels, chairs, etc. Publix store close within walking distance. Few restaurants close by, but excellent seafood. Would definitely stay again. Thank you
