Nice studio style room with partition, creating a 1 BR feel, quite adequate for 1 or 2 guests.
The room was clean with amenities such as WiFi, TV with pay channels included, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, filtered water, coffee, etc. Good air conditioning and hot water.
For those concerned about security...the property has plenty off guards on duty, 24 hours a day.
Most of all, our host was available very quickly via text when we had a couple of questions.
I would gladly stay at this unit again the next time I'm in PH at this part of Manila.
