The room was clean, comfortable and a welcome rest after walking to/from all the nearby tourist destinations. The staff always greeted us with a friendly smile and there was a nice convenient amenity of being able to store our luggage before our check in time and after we checked out allowing us to explore the surrounding area with only the bare essentials. One minor drawback was a bit of noise at night or in the early morning from guests in the hallway and garbage pickup right outside our window. This was short lived, very intermittent and not something that when on for hours keeping us awake. Additionally, at check-in, we were informed of an additional 30 fee which I couldn't remember if that was in the VRBO description. That fee could push it to a comparable price to the name brand hotels on the same block. Other than that, if we are looking to explore the area again, we would easily return to this location.

Great location - wonderful staff. Lobby feels like a living room. Very welcoming to families. Easy walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. Highly recommend booking at Hotel Caza.
