We stayed at Villa Avia for 10 days in early September 2025 and it was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, and exactly as described. There is so much space, the bedrooms are lovely, all with an ensuite and electric blinds to give full black out at night if you prefer that. Nikos and Mario were wonderful hosts, very attentive. They responded to our questions, however foolish, within minutes. The pool was glorious and the bikes were a wonderful addition, not to mention the very pretty terrace with an eating area adjacent to the barbeque and pizza oven.
The sea is only 15 minutes walk and there are very welcoming tavernas near the pretty habour, or nearer the villa in Milatos.
We will definitely visit again, there really wasn't anything that we could criticise. We were a group of 7 and had so much space! The perfect holiday.
