It was a great location just minutes from the base of Steamboat. The free shuttle service anywhere around town was a great feature as well. I wish I would have had clearer instructions on check-in and know who to access for basic questions. The information provided was mostly Retreatia numbers but they immediately directed me to the front desk of the property which was confusing. Also our ceiling started leaking significantly in the kitchen ceiling which forced us to go out to eat. There was also not great responsiveness when looking for help on an urgent issue. That put a damper on the weekend but otherwise great stay!
