Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The management company was wonderful to work with. We arrived very late 11.pm. Front door code did not work. Called the number on our reservation. The call was answered immediately and the challenge fixed in minutes. The unit is spacious, clean, newly decorated with all the amenities you could imagine. Including a relaxing back patio. Located in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for morning walks with our dog. Just 10 minutes from Park City Main Street. We would return to this comfortable space!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and it matches the online description and pictures. If you’re heading to The Canyons this is a very convenient location. You can be in the parking lot to jump on the cabriolet in about 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!
