Base Rate includes 2 guests, maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Additional guests are welcome with a an additional night fee per guests.
Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, plus a sofa that converts into an additional bed for two guests. accommodation up to four guests in one room if desired. Bedroom 2 is semi-private space with a queen bed, perfect for friends family

The host is a top tier guy. It is a fantastic place to stay, very clean, and he was very accommodating when my family had an unexpected change in our plans. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Memorial Day WeekendI felt comfortable and at home from the moment I pulled into the driveway. Lovely house, grounds and gated back yard, perfect to keep my dog safe. Owner was so friendly, accessable and quick to respond to any questions I had. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Affordable. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly Recommend!

Nicely appointed basement suite. Entry was a little confusing at first but there are directions, and once you get it it's convenient. I appreciated the physical keys to the space.The suit has everything you need for a medium-term stay, including minifridge, microwave, washer/dryer (very helpful), and other small appliances and gadgets. The host was very communicative and responsive. Not much came up for me but I'm sure Bibek would help make sure everything goes smoothly.Two minor items to note -- if you arrive at night, parking may be a bit tight. I was always able to find a spot, but it might not be right next to the property. Second, there is often a bit less natural light than the pictures indicate. On the whole these do not detract from the property. This stay is good value with everything you need, and makes a good "basecamp" if you're in the area.
