We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and has everything you could need. Though we didn’t use them this time, it’s great having a washer and dryer there. As well as having Wi-Fi that works well. we already have another stay booked, and look forward to many more.

Our first impression was not the best. The entry area had a strong unpleasant odor, and it remained throughout our stay. The downstairs bedroom beds appeared quickly made with the sheets and quilt/blankets thrown on rather than being tucked in. We were disappointed to find the closets locked and the large bureau filled with bedding. We were going to be there for 8 nights and had no place to hang our clothes, so we had to live out of our suitcases. We arrived with temperature in the 80's and had a frost midweek and we brought extra clothes for the temperature swing. We found blankets and towels in the dryer not fully dried and had fuzz over an inch thick on the filter. The preparations appeared to be hastily done.On the positive side, the area is very nice and quiet. There was more activity on the weekend but still quite nice. The people in the area are very friendly. The shops and stores were unique and interesting. The food was great wherever we ate. We especially like the Weatherwood Supper Club which was excellent.
