♦ Unexpected circumstances can arise - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing traveler's insurance.
♦ Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, which includes the house rules.
- Guests must e-sign the property rental agreement in order to receive the access codes to the property.
- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).
- No Parties
- No Smoking
- No illegal activity
- Only registered guests allowed
- Maximum 2 dogs (with one time pet fee) and must have approval first (there are 14 restricted breeds - please inquire).
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs on furniture including the beds. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet.

We had a lovely long weekend in this Woodstock home. The house was clean, minor issues were taken care of quickly by Monika. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Monica's gorgeous home for a family Spring ski vacation. The home is lovely and feels brand new. My kids were OBSESSED with the game room! The hot tub is very clean. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed. Bedrooms are super comfy. Finally, the views are spectacular!!! It takes about 18 minutes to get to Sunday River and you pass by lots of convenient spots (Walgreens, Dunkin', grocery store, restaurants, etc.) en route. We would 100000000% stay here again!

Very clean well maintained cabin with thoughtful touches that make a vacation fun. Location was excellent with pretty quick access to Sunday River and really nice restaurants in the nearby town of Bethel. Owner was extremely communicative and would respond immediately.
