The parking spot is 228 cm (90 inches) wide, suitable for most cars, and regular-sized SUVs. Cargo vans, trucks or larger vehicles will not be able to park easily.
Decibel monitor located in the kitchen / living room space, to address potential noise complaints from neighbors, or loud unauthorized parties. No audio or conversations are recorded, only the loudness in the suite.

We had a great stay. Check in was easy. Gareth and Vivian communicated all instructions ahead of time. The condo was very clean and organized and had all the amenities you could ask for!
