We’ve been guests of Palmetto Bluff once before, having stayed at the Montage, but this house exceeded expectations thoroughly. Accommodations: The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, well laid out, and centrally located to everything in Moreland village. Cleanest and most comfortable vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Location: I wouldn’t be discouraged by the separation from Wilson village, it was a welcome bike ride on most days and Moreland Village is quite nice to retreat to during peak hours and comes with its own set of amenities (pool, dining, recreation, etc.). Community: I grew up in South Carolina and felt well represented to my Chicagoan In-Laws who were welcomed warmly by other residents. Everyone was friendly and outgoing and quick to say “Hello!”Property Managers: Greg and Ellen are so incredibly resourceful, quick to respond and serve, and were so patient with all of our questions and requests. We were well taken care of and ushered into all the recreational activities the community has to offer (tennis, boating, bike rentals, etc.)We will definitely be back and look forward to rebooking this rental!

This property was perfect for our group of 4 to stay in. Plenty of space to hang out together in the living room and upstairs bonus area but also nice to all have private bed and bathrooms. The townhouse was very clean and well kept. We arranged for a golf cart bc Moreland village is a bit away from the "hub" of the Palmetto Bluff. It was our first time staying in Moreland and overall, I think we prefer to stay closer to the shops/restaurants/the Montage but this is perfect if you do not mind being a 10 min golf cart ride away from all of that.

The home was spectacular!! Absolutely beautiful! Had everything and then some. The most comfortable beds and bedding. Heated deck and deck with fireplace was great. Could walk to so many places. Would highly recommend!!!
