Tastefully furnished guest room on the first floor of a well-maintained single-family home in an absolutely quiet suburban location in Saarlouis-Beaumarais, for 1 to 2 people (27 square meters—double bed, large closet) with a stylish shower/toilet, entryway with coat rack and refrigerator, coffee maker, and breakfast dishes.

• cozy double room with a large closet;
• breakfast table and TV;
• stylish shower and toilet (brand new, walk-in shower, sink and mirror can also be used while seated);
• Small entryway equipped with a coat rack, refrigerator, breakfast dishes, and a coffee maker—locked off from the stairwell;
• Linen change (bed, bath, kitchen) weekly;
• Parking space available, as well as storage for bicycles in a locked garage;
• Beautiful garden and terrace;
• Free Wi-Fi

• Pets allowed upon request.

Just a few minutes to the A6 and A8 highways; 2–4 minutes to bus stops, with buses running every half hour to Saarlouis’s charming downtown area. Parking spaces and a lockable garage for bicycles are available. A pleasant and comfortable living atmosphere in all units. A lovingly landscaped garden with a spacious and comfortably furnished terrace for rest and relaxation.
On-site fees: A 50% advance payment may be charged after booking. Payment is due in cash on site. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Included in the price: towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, and bicycle storage. Cribs and baby beds available upon request. Pets are allowed only upon request in the studio apartment and in the double room for a fee. Pets are not allowed in the Anna vacation rental.
