Spreading on a property of 1000 m2 and the villa itself has 850 m2 of a residential area which extends over 4 floors: ground floor and three floors above, with two exterior parking spaces. All the floors are connected with an elevator.

The ground floor ofVilla 104 by AwayToCroatia is an open space concept consisting of a living room with a sofa, a dining area with a spacious dining table for 18 persons, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerated wine wall. A toilet and a playroom with table tennis and a PlayStation console are also on the ground floor. The cascading courtyard with chairs and a coffee table is accessible from the dining/living area through large sliding walls.
The first floor can be reached with an internal staircase or an elevator, which greets you with five air-conditioned queen size bedded rooms and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Some of the rooms have access to the balcony, and one of the rooms has a sofa bed for 2 persons.
The second floor has a wellness area with a gym, sauna, and an outdoor jacuzzi. An additional toilet and a bathroom with shower are also on this floor.
On the top floor, there are four queen size bedded rooms. Each of the rooms is fully air-conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
A beautiful infinity pool located on the second part of the cascading courtyard, with deck chairs and umbrellas, is one of the villa's focal points. There's also a fenced green meadow oasis ideal for families with children to spend their daytime playing.
