    New building! Amazing stay! Clean and bright room decoration. Good atmosphere. Felt safe. What I loved even more is there’s a very delicious aromatic milk tea shop located right at the hotel lobby. Hope the hotel continues to keep it clean and safe like this. Would definitely recommend and re-visit!

    Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others. From the moment we checked in, we were misled about the ongoing construction work. We were told it would only take place between 9 AM and 5 PM, but that was absolutely not the case. The noise started as early as 7 AM and continued past 6 PM, making it nearly impossible to relax. When I raised my concerns with staff, I was given conflicting and inaccurate information. One staff member claimed the noise would stop by 10 AM (which didn’t happen), while another in the afternoon reassured us it would end in 30 minutes at 5:30 PM (again, not true). To make matters worse, we were placed directly on Level 4—right beneath the construction—ensuring we experienced the full extent of the disruption. Adding to our frustration, my partner was unwell during our stay, and the constant hammering, drilling, and banging made rest impossible. We asked for some form of compensation for the inconvenience, but nothing was offered. Communication with staff was difficult, as their English proficiency was quite poor, and they either failed to communicate properly or provided incorrect information. As for the hotel itself, the superior room did not match the photos online. While it was clean, it felt cold and uninviting rather than stylish or comfortable. The location was also a letdown—over 30 minutes by Grab to the city center (D1) and in an odd neighborhood dominated by "luxury" Korean beauty clinics and restaurants, which wasn’t what we expected. Overall, we regret booking this hotel. Between the construction noise, misleading information, poor communication, and underwhelming room, this was not the stay we hoped for.

    the staff was nice and supportive (thank you Phuong Vy). the hotel has a bright balcony, spacious rooms. the location was not exceptional (20-30 mins) travel by grab or xanh sm to the downtown but ok

    Mình ở phòng có gián, quá dơ. Drap giường còn dính dịch của cặp đôi nào đó trước mình, nồng nặc mùi xịt phòng kiểu như cho có, đúng rẻ tiền. Không nên ở đây
