About this house rental
Charming 2 bedroom (3 beds), one bath Loft just 10 min to downtown, 15 min to airport & 8 min Opryland. Nestled in a quiet/safe neighborhood in East Nashville, yet walkable to some favorite bars/food & just 6 blocks to Kroger. Natural light, desk/chair for remote workers(not pictured), comfy beds & plenty of pillows for a cozy stay!
*This is Upstairs level of our home, totally private w separate entrance & control of separate central heat/air.
*NOT a full kitchen - microwave, coffee, fridge
Amenities - AT&T Fiber Wifi, Smart TV w Hulu/Amazon/Netflix, microwave, mini fridge, and Kuerig Coffee station. No worries if you forget your toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, soap and blower dryer are all available. Central Heat & Air that YOU control. I added a small desk and chair in living room (does not show in pictures yet) in front of windows for all the remote workers!
The downstairs of this home is completely separate with a different entrance, this is where my husband, son and I live. We do ask that you be respectful of noise level and try not to be heavy footed.
Parking is available in front of house along side of the street and sometimes gravel driveway (as long as no one else if parked there).

Quiet/safe neighborhood in East Nashville yet walkable to some favorite spots: Inglewood Lounge (chill cocktail lounge/great food), El Fuego (best Mexican w epic outdoor area) & Henry James (swanky cocktail lounge/great food). 5 blocks to Kroger & 3 minutes to Riverside Village (Mitchell's Deli, Dose Coffee, Village Pub).
- Remove shoes at door please. Downstairs is where my family of 3 live but sometimes on weekends we do rent to airbnb guests so please no stomping, loud music, or excessive noise especially past 10pm. It is an older home so we know there will be some noise, we don't want you to feel like you are tip-toeing around- just nothing excessive:).
