This apartment was very close to metro stops and the larger train stations with groceries and restaurants very nearby. The beds were also super comfortable. We did have a few issues with the Wifi not working and whoever manages the property was not responsive when contacted. The lock is very difficult to operate on the door and unfortunately there were ants crawling in both bathrooms and one evening we even had a mouse on the living room. When we messaged the host about these, there was absolutely no response back. Pretty dissatisfied with the lack of communication.

Great location for exploring, close to variety of metro lines and plenty of bars, restaurants, food shops. All ust around the corner from the apartment.Apartment was large and had everything we needed.Would definitely stay again.

Very nice apartment only 5 minutes walk away from Gare de l‘Est and 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A perfect location for families with children 10+ years.

Not Fancy. Mattress was very worn out had "valley" where you could roll into, some sort of fluid stains on sheets, one shower had a foul stench coming from it and could not use it, only shower we could use had no hot water one day. A/C leaking in room had to use towels to wipe of big puddles. Dirty Q-Tips left on sink from prior guest, trash bag left in apartment from prior guest. Door from bedroom and bathroom would not close because of door frame. This is coming from someone who is usually not critical at all of VRBOs. Owners need to invest in new mattresses, fix foul smells and find a new cleaning service.
