Outside, you’ll find a large, well-maintained garden surrounding a stunning panoramic pool of approximately 72 m², shared among guests and fenced for safety. The sunbathing area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and offers breathtaking views of the village of Radicondoli.
The entire outdoor area is fenced and accessible via a coded gate, making it ideal for families with children and those seeking tranquility and privacy. Private parking is available within the property.
The estate includes three elegant apartments and a welcoming, independent cottage, each tastefully furnished and featuring private outdoor areas with tables, chairs, and barbecue facilities, perfect for outdoor dining in total privacy. All accommodations are equipped with fans for warmer days, and guests have access to a shared laundry room with a washing machine.

The property is accessed via an approximately 1 km unpaved road that is not steep; therefore, we recommend driving slowly.
