AUTHORIZED PETS ONLY
Small pets are allowed only with prior authorization; guests must inform us of any pets before arrival. An additional pet fee of $25 per approved pet per day applies after booking (rates negotiable for stays longer than 5 days). Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Pets must never be left alone in the home unless crated. Rentee is responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A min. charge for $500 will be applied to bookings with unauthorized pets.

We had a very comfortable stay here visiting our kids and grandkids in Greenwich. My only issue was with the parking! If there’s 3 cars back there you have to back out through a narrow drive onto a busy road!! Only reason I took a star off.

2 night stay over Thanksgiving holiday.
Cozy Cottage was just lovely.
Fully applianced and stocked kitchen.
Large bathroom-super soft towels.
King size bed was comfy and cozy.
Living room was perfect for relaxing.
Rules clearly communicated.
Owners were very helpful and responsive.
Driveway a little tricky to maneuver when parking spots are occupied.
Safe location…. Good walking and exploring in the area
