The city of Medellin is the second more important of Colombia, located in the region of Antioquia well-known for its vernal climate. It is an extremely dynamic city going through a remarkable development in the urbanization field (metro and cable car) and construction field. The apartment is very calm and is located in the most residential and most attractive in terms of night-life neighborhood (restaurants, bars, discos), only 200 meters from the «zona rosa» in the Poblado district. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a seven-floor little building with elevator and high security with 24/24H safekeeping.
All you could need can be found at less than 5 minutes walking from home; food shops, restaurants, cafes, chic bars, boutiques.It will take you no more than 10 minutes by cab or car to get to the most important shopping malls of the city (Tesoro, Santafé,...) as well as to get to the national airport (Cartagena, Bogota,...).
