Lovely location on a peaceful residential street, gave a local vibe, A simple 20-minute stroll from Gare du Nord and located right on the outskirts of Marais - a fantastic spot for exploring on foot or by metro, Compact yet thoughtfully laid out, and the presence of a sofa bed made it feel like having 2 separate bedrooms, The three flights of stairs didn't bother us at all,

My son informed me that the apartment was excellent, The area around it is full of cafes and restaurants, providing plenty of things to do, The B & B had all the necessary amenities, the beds were cozy and getting the keys was convenient, Everything was handled efficiently and professionally,br/However, Joffrey was unhelpful and unsympathetic when I requested to reschedule the visit due to my elderly mother's hospitalization, I couldn't travel and reached out to him to change the date of our visit, but he was inflexible and refused to consider rescheduling for a later time, so my son had to go without me, I acknowledge that it was within the booking terms and therefore not unreasonable, but it was quite disappointing, I don't intend to discourage anyone from staying in this apartment, but to simply caution that there is no room for negotiation under any circumstances,
