Idyllic, pleasant, comfortable and a splendid view are the highlights of this lovely little house for two people with private heated pool. The beautiful landscaped garden and the many small terrace areas make it a pleasant place to enjoy the beauty of nature, the landscape and the tranquility that this place can offer you. A recommended place for gourmets. Also ideal for a young cup with baby.

Overall:
This beautiful house is located on the crest of the Montagne Noir with a magnificent view of the Minervois and the Corbières as far as the Pyrenees. It has everything you would expect to have a wonderful time. The house is practical, tastefully decorated, and of course, completely furnished. In the charming village of Siran are some small shops (bakery, restaurant, bar). From the house you can walk in the beautiful nature of the Black Mountain. There are many attractions to visit within a short distance of the house.
Interior:
The living room with large open kitchen (25 m²) are equipped with all the necessary appliances and it is air-conditioned. The door opens onto a terrace with a view of the pool. The bedroom with the double bed (mattress 160 x 200) is spacious and functional with a large closet. The bathroom is practically equipped with shower, toilet and sink. You will also find the washing machine there.
Outside:
Continuing with the living room is the terrace with the dining table. There is the heated swimming pool (4 x 6) just a few steps from this terrace with underwater lighting. Around the house there are several seating areas in the sun or shade to sit. You can relax and enjoy the tranquility, the space and of course the stunning views. The beautiful garden with attractive garden lighting makes the picture complete. There is of course a barbecue at your disposal.
