The host was great. The instructions were easy to follow. The cottage though small was clean and contained all that was needed for our stay.

Host communicated very well. It turned out that the place was close to everything we needed to accomplish on our trip, which pleasantly surprised us. Place was clean, quiet, and to ourselves. Much better than a hotel. Had all the amenities we needed. Very well done! We would rent again. A nice touch was the children's book written about Roxaboxen Park (kitty corner from the property) which we walked over to see and the story came alive. Interesting! Thank you to our hosts.Orville and Georgia
