The technician had to come out twice. Once for the stove not working and another for the ceiling leaking.

The apartment was nice and big, plenty of space, and comfortable too. The location was handy and quite quiet. Very good communication with the staff
The apartment was missing simple amenities like washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towels, hand soap, washing detergent.
We were only given one towel but extra was delivered promptly
