8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location is good, we were able to get out to Long Island well and get in from JFK. It’s very near Jamaica station too- the area is okay in the day and fine for me at night (I’m a man in my 30s), however may be a bit intimidating if you’re not used to a busy city and central train station - if this is the case the hotel is still good just use a taxi or don’t walk alone at night!
There was a smell of smoke in the room, but it was otherwise very comfortable and good value. The breakfast time was not clear so I sadly missed it- but still got coffee.

Location is excellent. Only a 5 minute walk to the AirTrain to JFK
The rooms smell like smoke even though they are non-smoking and they are very loud (very easy to hear the hallway, elevators, and other rooms)
