Localização que perto de comércio e restaurante evitando grandes deslocamentos. Tranquilidade e segurança. Contato com a natureza. Praia com rio e muito limpa.
O quarto devido estar muito tempo fechado tinha cheiro de mofo. Mas limpeza estava Ok.

Gostei muito da liberdade de chegar e sair a hora que eu quis, amei a privacidade do meu quarto, gostei muito porser bem cheio de arvores e amei a padaria muito boa na esquina,
a rua e um pouco esburacada, mais e tranquila e bem perto da Av principal.
