J’ai vraiment adoré l’endroit. Il est superbe, pratique et propre.

The room was very spacious and clean. Facilities are great. The staff was very responsive on Whatsapp and also checked in on you for any concerns. Location is great as well, just next to a mall (which has a monorail station) and has a grocer and 7 eleven downstairs.
The staff are really great but if you wanted housekeeping or have some unforeseen issues with the room and you are out most of the day, it would be challenging as you would need to be in the room for them to do that, and they are only available within their work hours.

I loved my stay at Casabellestay. The apartment has everything you need for a couple though I travelled solo. The facilities were excellent, inc. the gym/swimming pool with fab views of the Petronas Towers. Everything was in excellent working order. I felt welcomed by the security staff and the Owner had excellent comms. Definitely will look them up again if I return to KLCC. Thank you so much.
