N8 appartement, 3 Chambres Haut de Gamme, a Deux Pas de l Ocean et du Mall

It felt safe and the welcome was good and fairly efficient (10 minutes wait)

For a self-catering appartement, it would help if washing up liquid and a dish cloth was provided. The ventilation was poor - towels stayed damp for entire stay and it was a bit cold in the apartment.

Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement, la décoration, l’espace, les équipements ainsi que la qualité de la connexion internet. Nous avons également apprécié la place de parking attitrée, la gentillesse et l’accueil du gestionnaire de l’appartement, ainsi que la qualité de la communication avec lui.

Nous aurions apprécié davantage de produits de première nécessité dans les toilettes, tels que du coton démaquillant ou une petite bouteille d’eau. De plus, l’appartement étant situé au rez-de-chaussée, la porte-fenêtre du salon ne se fermait pas correctement, pas plus que le store. Cette situation m’a causé beaucoup d’inquiétude durant la nuit, par crainte qu’une personne puisse entrer dans l’appartement, même si la résidence semble disposer d’une sécurité 24h/24. Enfin, la literie était moyennement confortable.

L’hôte est super accueillant. Il nous a tout montré. L’appartement est top, que cela soit de la propreté à la décoration. Il est super cocooning et super spacieux pour une grande famille. Vraiment tout était au top.

The apartment is very modern, spacious (for two people) and well styled. The bed is comfortable and there is quite a lot of storage. Nasser is very responsive and communicative.

At the time of booking, this apartment was advertised with a microwave, dishwasher and bidet. It doesn't have any of those. It also doesn't have the view that is also advertised (and pictured), it is only possible to see other apartments from the windows. It is situated on the ground floor of an apartment block next to a walkway and so it is actually necessary to keep the curtains closed to avoid people just looking directly in. We had hoped to do some laundry as we have been travelling for 2 weeks, so we were pleased it had a washing machine (as advertised) - however it has no facilities for drying anything (such as a clothes airer), nor does it have an ironing board or iron. Also, unlike other apartments we have stayed in it had no toiletries or cleaning materials in the kitchen - so we had to buy washing up liquid and cleaning materials just to wash the crockery and cutlery.
