It is new and well located. Owners are very friendly and available. I do recommend staying there.
The only thing I see it can improved in the WiFi, because it fails with a certain frequency. It does work but with interruptions and sometimes real slow.

Everything was amazing. The location, ocean view and the apartment…. Spotless and so modern. The building materials are top notch and the appliances!!!! AC, hot water, kitchen appliances, cleaning products, washing machine soap even! nothing missing . And the host was very helpful, friendly and professional

Mucho ruido y mucha luz. Cero intimidad en el segundo dormitorio, no tiene ni puerta. El calentador de agua es tan pequeño que no es suficiente para 4 personas, hay que ducharse por turnos
