Beautifully renovated space with an excellent location. The perfect size for a couple. Quiet and the bed was very comfortable
The only thing I noticed was the ants, but we stayed a number of days. Just be sure to keep food sealed and tidy after cooking.

Nice unit and very convenient to Brighton Beach and train station.
The very creaky floor boards were very annoying, especially at night when going to the toilet, as it woke up the partner! Heat pump didn't heat and kitchen tap leaked incessantly. Only two towels for a 7 day stay. No instructions on washing machine usage. A lovely place if faults are corrected. The floor could possibly be fixed by a thin coat of polyurethane to sink into the cracks, then a heavier coat on top. Try the kitchen first, as that's simple to do.
