Everything is in walking distance, the place is in a quite but lively area, the underground parking space is great if you have a car, a bus station in in front of the building, the view is great, the apartment is spacious for 2 or more people, the bed and sofa are comfortable
I would have liked some slippers and an extra set of towels and the coffee machine would have been great. The water heater and AC need some maintenance but it work OK for me

Отзывчивый хозяин, быстро отвечает по всем вопросам, встретил поздно ночью из аэропорта, за что огромное спасибо! Чисто, свежий ремонт, приятная атмосфера, отличный вид из окна, джакузи, кофемашина. В доме на первом этаже хорошее кафе для завтраков, расположение очень удобное, 20 минут пешком до центра, либо на автобусе, 15 минут пешком до автовокзала
