Junaluska Gem

The house is nice and roomy. The trash hadn’t been taken out from the previous guest and some of the dishes were not clean. The mattresses were old and worn not the most comfortable. One mattress pad had a stain on it that looked unwashed. We didn’t see it until the sheets were stripped for departure. All the bulbs in there lamps were very harsh none of them worked on the wall switches. The downstairs bathroom shower doesn’t have an efficient shower head so the hot water ran out fast. The suction cup safety bar in the bathroom upstairs wouldn’t secure and was a hazard. The hanging shower caddy in the upstairs shower was dirty. The drive way was very steep and there are a lot of steps. In general the house was very comfortable and apart from the minor things I mentioned it was clean, tidy and well appointed. Would recommend and would rent again.

It was very roomy. Could easily fit 2 twin beds in the sitting room upstairs and have a larger pull out couch and could sleep up to 10 easily.
