Its location especially for the London Marathon and sightseeing. The responsiveness of the owner to any questions and an issue we had.
It’s not that I didn’t like anything but with 6 people another toilet would have been handy.

The location to the train was walking distance about 10 minutes. We used the train alot. Liked the 2 bedrooms, washing machine large drying rack and enough room for 4 adults. Close to a small market and coffee shop was nearby. Owner responded through WhatsApp quickly. Easy check-in with video on process and check out was easy.
No air conditioning and the weather was in the 90’s some days!! I thought I had booked an apt with air conditioning so it was my fault for not reading more closely at the amenities. The apt did have portable fans but it was still hot/humid in the apt especially after people showered. Ran out of toilet paper the night before and had to wait until following afternoon to get more rolls. A lot of graffiti on nearby buildings that makes the area seem run down.
