Capewood - Coastal Family Retreat in Prevelly

The property had everything we needed and was spacious.

We had a lovely stay at this holiday house in Margaret River. The location is amazing — so close to the beach that we could literally walk there, which we absolutely loved. The house itself was very clean, tidy, and spacious, with a big backyard and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were amazing and responded promptly.

The only downside was the house next door, where there was a dog that was not on a leash and did scare us a bit at times. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our time here.

good quality appliances including capsule coffee machine, milk frother, sandwich maker, HUGE oven with baking trays, top notch washer & dryer. Every convenience one could possibly want. We cooked a few proper meals at home. Comfy beds, sofas. Nice big dining table to play games. included consumable such as baking paper and storage containers which came in very helpful bonus fireplace for winter location - costal front is a short walk beyond the sand dunes. great cafe (White Elephant Cafe) a 10 min scenic walk away. great place for morning / evening runs and enjoying the sunset nice backyard with comfy outdoor sofa to laze an afternoon away electronic code lock on the front door meant there was no need to coordinate someone to be home to open the door

nothing significant. Just note that there is no air conditioning in the 3rd bedroom. Fortunately it wasn't cold enough for us to need one.

The property is lovely, light and airy, spacious, really beautiful gardens.
