Most of the facilities in the room were in good condition and the window soundproofing was very good, I didn't hear the street at all.

My main issues were with the accuracy of the listing and shower. On booking.com, a washing machine is listed with the room amenities. There is also a picture of the sign for the laundry room/buanderie in the listing. However, I found out after I arrived that the laundry room is actually not accessible to guests and management took no responsibility for this inaccuracy on booking.com. They told me about the paid laundry service offered - which is not at all the same as providing a washing machine for guests to use, even if there is a charge to use it - and offered 10% off my next stay as compensation for the inconvenience. When I told them that I would not be returning to the area, they provided no further resolution. There is no curtain or anything around the shower area so the water goes everywhere, and there is no place to hang a towel so that it won't get wet. The floor stays wet for a while after showering, which makes using the bathroom inconvenient. The water pressure and temperature do fluctuate as other guests have said. Some coat hooks near the door would be a big improvement. The soundproofing to other rooms wasn't great, but I consider this on par for the price point. The rest of the room is fine, but I think an accurate listing is the most important part of booking a hotel online. Between this and the shower design, I wouldn't recommend staying here until changes are made.
