The location is good, next to Ramayana Mall
They have many rooms per floor, there are only three lifts so far away from the room where we stayed. They don't provide bottled water but have a water dispenser in the lobby/aisle. Which isn't expected from an Accor group hotel.
The breakfast is also bad not as per Accor standard.
I understand from the front desk that the privilege rooms have better view. Superior room where we stayed had no view at all.
This isn't expected from Accor group hotel. Totally disappointed.
Past few years I have been staying at Santika Garut and they are far better than Mercure.
