櫃檯人員友善，我很晚才入住，有24小時的櫃檯人員讓人安心，我住的單人房很新，有桌子椅子，電視有第四台，值得讚賞～
廁所很乾淨，水壓很大，熱水很穩定，以這個價位來說算不錯！
我住的是後棟四樓單人房，一進門發現床上有四隻小蟲，因為很晚才入住就沒有跟櫃檯反應，我自己處理掉了，希望能再多注意清潔。
半夜被水滴到腳驚醒，發現是冷氣在滴水。
隔音不好，外面下雨聲音會很大，走廊有人走動也聽得很清楚。

Hôtel au rapport qualité prix incroyable
Malgré le prix très accessible, la chambre était impeccable et moderne, très agréable.
Le personnel était aimable, sympathique et parlait bien anglais
Je recommande fortement cet établissement
Malheureusement pas d'ascenseur et escalier étroit pour accéder aux chambres
C'était surtout gênant pour monter et descendre les valises mais aucun soucis une fois installé

The staff were really lovely and the free coffee was excellent. There was also a really nice shared space near reception where you could relax. The room (single) was very clean and looked brand-new. AC worked well.
The reason I have given it a passable score is that all single rooms have no natural light at all (you literally can't tell if it's day or night!). This wasn't clear from the description which I felt was actually misleading and should be updated. Also the water didn't really get hot.
