Ho soggiornato presso il Residence Cocchina con aspettative positive, ma purtroppo sono rimasta un po’ delusa per alcuni aspetti. Prima dell’arrivo avevamo chiesto espressamente se in struttura fossero presenti shampoo e bagnoschiuma e il proprietario ci aveva confermato che era previsto un kit di cortesia. Tuttavia, una volta arrivati (di notte), non abbiamo trovato alcun kit disponibile. Inoltre, nel frigorifero non era presente nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua e le cialde del caffè fornite non erano compatibili con la macchinetta, quindi al mattino ci siamo ritrovati senza la possibilità di fare un caffè. Peccato, perché la struttura in sé è molto carina e accogliente. Basterebbero però alcune piccole attenzioni in più verso il cliente per rendere l’esperienza decisamente migliore.

The location to Termini and public transportation was great and the reason we picked it. Ideal apartment for 2 couples as it has 2 bathrooms. We had an issue with the apartment on arrival but the company were quick to respond on what’s app and provided a solution that we accepted.

The overhead shower in the ceiling in each bathroom does not work am so you are left with the handheld spray which is not ideal. Providing a second key would have been useful as we were 2 couples.

the apartment itself is clean, but it locates in a not-so-good and noisy neighborhood.

1. there are no soap, no shampoo in the bathrooms. the water temperature was unstable, we all got almost ‘"burned" every time when we took shower. 2. there are no paper towel, no scratch sponge for cleaning in the kitchen. no regular coffee maker. 3. the light shortage happened 2-5 times per night. 4. the host allowed us checking in 13:15, but the rooms were messy. the cleaner finally came and asked us to come back 1.5 hours later.
